I've been trying to learn this stroke for the past couple of weeks and got really frustrated today as I brought a kickboard with me to try and practice the kicking technique and didn't move at all!
Obviously I get tired from all the kicking and going nowhere so stop.
I did try some with my head in the water and this felt a lot better in terms of the kick - I was actually moving some, but my breathing was out of sync so I couldn't do this for long either. Do you think I should just practice this for now?
