Hi I was a pretty good swimmer in my teens, but I started teaching people later on in life.
Got a lot of enjoyment out of it, passing on the knowledge and enjoyment of being in the water.
But one lesson I can't get out of my mind, was an adult male fairly heavy boned if you know the body type. Average sized man, but would sink in to the water every time he ran out of breath.
I always began just getting people to float first, then with a board maybe take a quick breath, but this guy would sink like a stone after one breath!
Anyone ever come across this?
