hi so i haven't swam in a year, like with covid and stuff and im realllllly worried ab when i go back. previously i had swam competitively ( but my times were really bad and now i want to get better). i'm a freshman and i want to make the swim team for my school. tryouts are on 3/22 but the conditioning hasn't been determined yet. i'm worried that since i have gained a lot of weight and am not in shape that it will really affect me. what should i do?? 😭😭🖐🏻
