Im a 16yo sophomore and go 1:02.12 100FR (off the wall).
What can i do to dip below a minute?
Is it reasonable to be somewhere around a 54 - 55 (off blocks) in the next three months?

50 free: 28 (of the wall usually just get this time while in practice)
50 kick: 37.13
