Hello so basically I'm a senior in highschool and I got my league meet coming up (12 days) and I want to drop some major time. This season was Shortened due to covid restrictions so I'm not where I want to be but I would like to finish strong I swim a 5:52 500 free and a 2:05 200 free and I want to see improvement. I've been working hard but basically our coach is just payed to make sure no one drowns and the swimmers do what they chose and I been trying my best to get work in. Any suggestions on what I could still do to see a drop in time.
