I’m currently a sophomore and i have my first meet this thursday. This week they announced a kid and I were doing the 100 fly. They said we had the best form. However, the max distance I can do without completely dying is like a 50 and half of the last 25. Today we took our times and I got a 1:27 for the 100 fly. Keep in mind that that was with like 7 stops of me just gasping for air. And so, with 2 days left, does anyone have any beginner tips or anything that will get me to atleast finish the 100 fly?
