I need Swimming nutrition tips

So I know u need to eat good when u swim . I’m competitive , but my season doesn’t start for a while , we just ended high school. I swim for about 1.2 hours or 1 hour a day I get a lot done, I lift too after or before sometimes like every other day. I’ll have cereal for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch then maybe some pretzels or a larabar too , for dinner I’ll have some chicken or steak or fish and some broccoli. I also have fruit throughout the day (berries) . Some days tho I’m just craving sweets , or a burrito, or some pizza. I don’t want to eat a whole pack of Reese’s or ice cream every day, but I don’t know if I’m eating g enough or how to fix this. I feel like it will just backlash on my lifting and physique or make me gain a little fat. I’m a teen swimmer btw . Should I be eating differently ? What kind of meals? What should I incorporate?
