In short: Martial artist here. No training for almost a year due to Lockdown. Started upping my running and biking since april with good results. Why not add swimming and go try a triathlon somewhere near end of spring/beginning of summer. But my swimming is bad. Cardio is ok, did my first swim training today:
6 laps warm-up Pyramid 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 -7 - 6 -5 laps (15 -30s rest between sets) 15min easy swim 6 laps warm down
Intensity level 3 outta 5.
So now im blls deep into getting good at this. Can you help me out with some of your favorite resources for tips, training and technique please? (a coach is not possible at the moment).
