Been out of swimming a while this season. A collegiate swimmer

I’ve been out of the sport a lot this season, never been out this long before. Been quarantine around 72 days this season from teammates getting covid and myself getting it. Only swam about 4 months this year.

I’ve dealt with missing a good bit during my junior and senior year of high school got pneumonia and mono those years so I missed a lot. Im wondering what tips you guys have to get back into the sport. I have been losing motivation and this is the first time I have felt this way. I’ve lost a fair bit of muscle and I’m just generally out of shape.

Any tips or thoughts are welcome, just looking for some different outlooks.
