Any advice for a runner that is faking it till making it as a swimmer? I love grooving on daily 10 - 15k on the road and my body is on autopilot while my mind is anywhere and everywhere. Unfortunately not the same for swimming. I swim 2.5k 3x per week but it is a struggle not to think about every breathe I take, every move I make. It becomes 60 minutes of constant micro adjustments, breathe count, considering whether I put on enough sunscreen, or wondering if I just swam through a warm spot.
