competitive swimmer looking for advice (warning: ED)

Btw this talks about female related stuff :)

hi! I'm a female 14 and I've been racing for about a year now.

During Covid, I spiralled into a really dark place and developed an eating disorder. As a result, I now have secondary amenorrhea, and basically lost my period. However, my coach is quite firm, and he wants everyone to hit state times by September. If we don't hit them, we get kicked. However, since I have developed secondary amenorrhea, the only way to fix it is to reduce my swimming hours by half or even completely stop all physical activity for a long time.

If I stop swimming, I won't be able to train for state times, and if I ignore my medical condition and still swim, I basically can die by like 30. I'm just really stuck rn and I don't know what to do. I haven't talked to him yet but idk if he will be happy about it.

I have to train for 100 and 200 breastroke, 200 IM, 200 and 400 Freestyle and its quite hard.

Yeah so if anyone has any advice,,,i'm really desperate at this point because everyone i've asked just says idk and walks off.
