Just wanted to see what everyone’s swimming and lifting agendas look like. Additionally I would love some feedback on mine!
Currently my lift and swim schedule is as follows:
Monday: Walk (2-3 miles).. will be biking soon Tuesday: Lift full body and 15 mins HIIT run Wednesday: 1 mile swim (broken into sets) Thursday: Rest Friday: Lift full body with trainer Saturday: Rest... thinking of biking Sunday: 1 mile swim (broken into sets)
My lift days are fairly hardcore and I like to go into my Friday trainer session with a day of rest for optimal performance.
Should I add another day of swimming? I used to be a competitive swimmer so swimming comes naturally (would rather swim a mile than run a mile).
