Does anyone have any good post-swim breakfasts they enjoy? At the moment I swim between 7 and 8.30 (ish). I'll have a small fruit yoghurt before swimming, have a homemade sports drink during and then I have a bagel with two scrambled eggs as soon as I get home. I don't really get hungry the rest of the day (besides just the normal lunch/dinner time hunger) but I do get really tired.
Anyone have any good post-swim breakfasts/snacks that they like (preferably meat-free as I'm pescetarian).
