Recently just got back into swimming (currently had 2 sessions back) and my shoulders are useless after about 20-30 minutes. I feel like I'm not pulling any water at all with my strokes. This didn't happen in the first lockdown, it just took a while to get used to the water again. This is strange.
It's also demotivated me massively to swim due to all my mates being "normal" and swimming fine. After the session today I almost told my coach I wanted to leave the team it was that bad.
Anyone know what this might be because of? I'm completely lost.
