Hey everyone! I'm a competitive swimmer.
I hope that you are all well. I have had the privilege of being able to swim during this time and would like to have your advice. So, normally, I swim from 3:15 to 5:15 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Tuesday (club rule for CoViD restriction).
I used to go on Saturday mornings (8:00-9:30), but my sleep suffered a lot as a result. My coach told my group that there would be morning practices Monday and Wednesday, 5:30 am to 6:45. I usually sleep at around 11:00 each night and have to wake up at 6:45 for school. But, I often wake up in the middle of the night.
What do you all think? Any advice from more experienced people? Thank you.
