I have an existing AO Smith B128 single speed 3450 rpm motor (1HP/230 volt) that is making a screeching noise and needs replacing. Its probably quite old. Was thinking of upgrading to a compatible AO Smith Variable Speed motor to save on energy consumption. Can you tell me if this is possible and easy to do (I have watched your you tube video and it seems to be relatively easy) and if yes, what is the correct pump to purchase. Also, what is the correct seal replacement kit.
