Are 3 hours of training enough?

Hello everybody I am a competitive swimmer and 13 years old and I wonder if my training is divided good or not. Right now my 3 hours of training are divided in 45 minutes of dry land training with my swim club and a coach, 45 minutes of fast-paced swimming again with a coach and 90 minutes of dry land training alone. In my dry land training i usually include the bodyweight basic exercise like pushups, squats, lunges, crunches, planks and jumps in 3 sets of 15-20 and weight training like bicep curls, overhead press, bench press and deadlift all of them 3 sets of 20-30. I want to know if I overtrain or undertrain.
