Newbie looking for advice

Hello all! First time here... Every summer I really enjoy swimming as a cardio workout, as I am a fighter and running, jumping rope and -well- fighting, really taxes body... But, I don't have any particular program, so I just go up and down in open water, until I complete 40-60'... I want to maintain my aerobic capacity, but also benefit the whole body, as I won't have time to do so much strength training... I am not beginner, so I want a program (ideally for the whole week) to burn calories, build endurance and tone the whole body... Even though I am skinny, I have full muscle definition (<7 body fat), so I would appreciate some arm gains as well I know I asked a lot, hence the beginner flair... If someone could guide me through, I would really appreciate it!!! Thanks
