I'm going to be swimming 5 days a week this summer, monday-friday, 2 hours per day. A lot of my friends are doubling up and I can't, but want to start working out more instead. I have some experience, but wanted to hear some recommendations for how long, how much, and which exercises to do while working out to increase my speed in the water the most.
