Until twenty years ago I swam. 20 years I didn't touch any water until lockdown ended. I'm pretty happy with my breaststroke and also the freestyle 25m and 100m are not too bad (20 sec and 1:50'ish). My biggest problem ATM is freestyle slowly. My triceps can't seem to take the load and I get into trouble breathing, my heartrate at too high a level to sustain the effort. after summer I'll be joining lessons but I'd like to do some endurance stuff until then too.
Do you have any tips on how to freestyle slowly?
