I’m planning on trying out for a new team next year, I’m order to be in their most advanced/serious practice you need to be able to hold 100 frees at a base pace of 1:15 ex 10x100 on the 1:15 or 400s on the 5:00. This is possible for me, however quite difficult. I’m a sprinter and die quite quickly esp in free and don’t think I can hold 1:15 for more than 4x100’s. How can I improve my indurance & freestyle (tips on distance freestyle would also be appreciated). Thanks!
