Just wanted to get some advice on how to get back into swimming. I signed up for a YMCA membership after a long time. I haven’t swam at all in maybe 7 or 8 years. I did it in middle school and stopped because my high school was so far away that I had no time to continue with it. Anyways, I want to get back into it, but I don’t know exactly how to start. Do I just jump in the pool and see how my body adjusts? Or should I watch some proper form videos so I don’t embarrass myself? I’m also less fit than I used to be when I did swimming. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
