I've a problem and IDK what Im doing wrong, and if there is a drill to fix it.
I would consider myself a medium swimmer but I've stopped swimming 2 years ago, I tried to go back swimming. My first 50 meter is okay and I can do a side flip. But way back I've to stop in the 25m to take a couple of breath amd complete
After a couple of 50s I couldn't even complete 25 without stopping to breath just for 10 secs then I can complete the other 25.
I tried a freestyle with breath evry 3/4/5 all almost the same.
Can anybody help.
