Hey guys, I am applying to be surf rescue this summer and am looking for some training advice. I already passed the initial 500m test, and have gotten my time up to 8:53 (with no flip turns). But I am looking to be an even stronger swimmer. What are some good swim workouts to build all around strength and stamina? One of the firefighters at my test said my stroke looks good but I just need to add more speed.
