So, I’ve been swimming for 5 years. Since 3rd grade. (7th grade now). I’m only good at freestyle. To the point where I can barely even pull off baseline technique and concept of strokes other than backstroke and freestyle. It’s really kind of embarrassing, because I’m pretty damn good at freestyle, and I know nothing about other strokes. Any tips for getting better at breaststroke? (What I’m focusing on right now)
P.S. my current swimming coach isn’t really doing anything other than freestyle drills because apparently everyone else else sucks. The bar is pretty low where I am.
