15M, I have about 10 days til a meet where I have to go 24.5 for 50 free LCM and I’m wondering how I could best prepare short term - I’m currently sitting at a 25.0 but due to a lot of factors that wasn’t a great race (new skins, lack of preparation, and that was an hour after a 100 free). I know there’s nothing I can really do to change any technique but is there any advice to help me recover well (nutrition, sleep etc)? Thanks :)
