Hi everyone, I learned how to swim when I was 4, and I swimming every year on vacations so nothing serious although I liked to swim and dive a lot. For the past month I quit gym and started freestyle swimming in pool. I go 3-4 times a week and swim for about 1,3 km ~ 40mins with breaks I feel like I have strength in muscles but I get very tired from breathing and as If I dont have enough air. I take limited breath every time I turn to left and exhale it just before i take next one Any advice? Is it normal for the first month of active swimming and will it be better after some time? Thanks
