I'm a former national swimmer. Haven't trained for 8 years but I'm thinking about starting again(not in a competitive way). I'd like to hear your suggestions about new training techniques, should I do more distance sets or pace sets? What do you think? I will swim for staying in shape and healthy. Also planning to swim 2000m for each practice and 3-4 times a week, maybe more. Looking forward to hear what you think.
