As the title says, I'm a terrible swimmer. So much so, I get uncomfortable swimming in the pool of our apartment because I think my form is bad and I don't want people to see. I have NO IDEA how much above the water my legs should be kicking // splashing of if I should keep them submerged. I have no idea how to properly breathe and I panic a lot when I don't get enough air. My lung capacity is terrible since I'm just now picking back up these athletic kind of exercises; I had spinal surgery a couple years ago and am NOW fully able to work out in this capacity so forgive my naive questions 😅😅
Are there any posts, subs or solid youtube channels that'll break down proper form and what not? I know this is a Google search away - and I've done that - I just think this community could help me with more specificity and focus in on the right kind of content.
