How do I learn to swim down 30 feet? I wish learn properly how to swim deep down to 30 or even all the way down to 50 feet if possible by holding my breath. I've seen people do this with out scuba equipment. I've personally dive down to 12 or maybe at the most 15 feet down but the pressure becomes hard on my body. I am a "good swimmer" but I've never tried to go down too far because I know oxygen can somehow leak in areas that your body is not suppose to. I was wondering how do I avoid hurting my self from this. Do I go slowly in dept day by day?
