hi so im 14 and have been swimming competitevly for about 4 years now, I am very good at breastroke. But for everything else not so much. My freestyle is good but I mainly only use my arms for it and not my legs. I want to get better at doing my underwaters and just kicking better. Whenever i kick alot for freestyle my thighs get really tired and it just starts hurting alot. any tips?
